I know that this is a required reading for my classmates, but one short, yet interesting read is an article called The Change Leader by Michael Fullen. I thought some of you might be interested. My favorite quote is "transforming culture- changing what people in the organization value and how they work together to accomplish it- leads to deep, lasting change."
